Director + Social Media Marketing Strategist
Minna is the Social Media Marketing Strategist, Founder and Director of Social Media Tribe which launched in 2011. In 2016, she also published her first book ‘In the Heart of Social Media Marketing - Heart Centered, Authentic Marketing’ drawing on her years of experience in the industry.
Minna’s background in IT, Business Analytics and Marketing Strategy allows her to service a wide range of clients including professional services, accounting, financial services, business consulting, beauty/health and wellness, retail, hospitality, arts and photography, manufacturing and higher education.
Minna loves public speaking and presenting as a guest speaker at events, as well as conducting training workshops for other businesses and organisations. Social Media Tribe has grown exponentially since it’s commencement in 2011, which is a testament to Minna’s hard work and dedication to her business, and passion for the social media marketing industry.

Hannah has been with Social Media Tribe since 2018 and is a highly detail oriented and methodic Project Manager. Having studied public relations and business, Hannah has a clear understanding of the creative client work, as well as the internal business processes.
Hannah uses her creative and analytical skills to develop marketing strategies and design digital assets and content. She is experienced across a range of content management systems, marketing software, and social media platforms.
Hannah’s management skills and understanding of business processes is derived from starting and managing her own business for over 6 years. This experience has carried over to Social Media Tribe, and is evident in her ability to immediately connect with and understand the needs of other business owners and emerging entrepreneurs.
Shae Louise McCormack
Marketing + Social Media Manager
Shae is passionate about connecting with a target audience creatively, strategically and authentically. As Marketing & Social Media Manager, Shae’s responsibilities include day-to-day social media management, ad campaign strategy development, as well as managing in-house marketing projects.
Shae is a results oriented strategist, with an eye for creating innovative and entertaining content with commercial appeal. Shae is a writer at heart, and her raw talent for marketing, promotions and events along with the drive to continuously learn and adapt is what makes Shae stand out in her role.
Shae completed her Bachelor of Communication (Media & Communication Studies) from RMIT in 2017 and has extensive experience in the promotions, marketing and journalism space. Having interned at Forte Magazine, worked in the Grant Broadcasters promotions teams, worked as a freelance writer and managed the Bloom Bar & Lounge Venue, Shae’s work and life experience is invaluable to the Social Media Tribe Team.
Sarah excels in reaching target audiences by creating beautiful and strategic content for our clients. Sarah has a natural talent for creative writing and video editing, and brings all her work to life with her upbeat and energetic style.
As a Content Creator, Sarah's key roles at Social Media Tribe include video editing, designing imagery, copywriting and content writing. Sarah's unique style of writing and innovative editing techniques have made her perfect for the role.
Sarah has demonstrated expertise in content writing within her previous role along with her academic achievements at university studying her Bachelor of Communications (Public relations) that will be completed at the end of this year.
Graphic Designer/Marketing Manager
Beth is a creative storyteller with 10+ years of experience as a graphic designer and marketing manager. Taking a user centred approach, Beth's ability to get into the heads and hearts of your ideal customers allows her to craft powerful marketing strategies.
Everything Beth creates is evidence based. She can read between the lines of data to instantly pinpoint why a message is or isn't resonating and make the changes needed to drive conversion. Her ability to see trends and patterns early on allows us to use algorithm changes to our advantage.
Social Media Marketing Assistant
Vivian is our genie behind the computer screen. With a background in tech anda keen eye for detail. Vivian has become a wonderful addition to our ever-growing team here at Social Media Tribe.
Vivian's role keeps us on track with all our client's projects by, helping us with the technical side of tasks, such as scheduling, uploading and social media management.
Our newest team member Jarad, is eager to kickstart his career! He is currently contributing as an all rounder and is working on a number of projects, including content creating, copy writing and social media management.
Jarad is in his third and final year at Deakin University, studying a Bachelor of Communications (Public Relations) degree and has quickly fit right in with the team, helping out where ever he can.
Social Media Advertising Specialist
Sauhard is our newest addition to the SMT family as our social media advertising specialist. Having completed a Masters of Business Administration, his extensive industry knowledge and technical skills make him the expert when it comes to the tech-savvy aspects of our marketing.
Sauhard has a keen eye for detail and an incredible sense of creativity that allows him to handle SEO, data analysis, boosted posts and ad campaigns.
Sauhard inherently understands a client's strategy and knows exactly how to reach target audiences to deliver the right message at the right time.
